flood in Nashville

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can't even believe what it looks like downtown. You can see some photos on my Facebook page...the Opryland Hotel has 10-15' of water and will be closed for months. The Grand Ole Opry House -- you can only see the tops of the pews and cannot see the stage. The Country Music Hall of Fame's Ford Theater is flooded up to the 3rd row of seats (but all the artifacts are ok, as they are on the 2nd & 3rd floors). LP Field, home of our Titans, looks like a bowl of soup. The Schermerhorn Symphony Center lost both of its Steinway Grand pianos. Latest that I have heard is that the Ryman is unscathed. I am extremely worried for patrons of Soundcheck, a rehearsal hall that also stores instruments/gear for artists. It is flooded so badly (it's very close to LP Field) the owners can't get to to it, but many of our favorite artists store guitars, drum kits, etc. there (Vince Gill, John Jorgensen, Pat Flynn, etc.) Please pray for our music community and of course all the Davidson County/area residents.

Comme tout le monde ne maitrise pas l'anglais...
Inondations sévères sur le Tennessee, c'est vrai!
A vous couper l'envie de vous produire au Grand Ole Opry...
